Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, text, or through our booking platform, Booksy.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved specifically for your appointment.

​

No-Shows

Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future bookings.

​

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. In this case, a late cancellation fee may still apply.

​

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in the case of a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstance.
